On behalf of the Municipality of Horsens five attractive residential properties are offered for sale.

On behalf of the Municipality of Horsens five attractive residential properties comprising 80 residential tenancies for elderly and disabled people and one commercial tenancy are offered for sale.

The properties are offered in accordance with notice No. 472 of 20th June 1991 regarding invitation of tender in connection with sale of the municipalities’ properties.

The flats are in two different sizes, i.e. 69 sq m and 76 sq m respectively, according to the BBR. The buildings are with red bricks and tiled roof, and windows are wood-framed double-glazed units. For each terrace house there is a small shed and garden.

Furthermore, the property located at Vestergade 78 comprises a four-storey building with 20 flats. The building facing Vestergade, is with red bricks and tiled roof, and windows are wood-framed double-glazed units. The bay windows facing Vestergade were replaced in 2005. Access to the flats is via a staircase or a lift.

In the sale the Municipality of Horsens include a 10-year leasing guarantee, i.e. the Municipality of Horsens maintains the right of referring tenants during this period. The property in Sejet and the commercial tenancy in Vestergade are not comprehended by this guarantee.

It is possible to tender for either the entire property portfolio or for the individual properties. The municipality reserves the right to choose from the tenders received or reject all tenders.
